Our PCBA Solution

We designed a highly integrated tracker module PCBA based on the MediaTek MT2503 platform — a proven solution combining high performance with low power consumption for tracking applications.

  1. Main Control & Positioning Platform

    • MT2503 integrated chip with built-in GPS/GNSS engine and GSM baseband processor

    • Supports GPS, BeiDou, AGPS, LBS, and WiFi positioning for reliable location in various environments

    • Supports Chinese address resolution and blind area data storage with auto-reporting

  2. RF & Antenna Design

    • Onboard GPS/BeiDou antenna and GSM antenna for integrated design

    • Optimized RF front-end matching for reliable performance in weak signal environments

    • Carefully designed antenna routing and grounding to minimize signal interference

  3. Power Management

    • Efficient low-power management unit with sleep and deep-sleep modes

    • Wide voltage input range, compatible with 3.7V Li-ion batteries or 5V USB power

    • Built-in battery monitoring circuit with low-battery alert function

  4. Sensors & Interface Expansion

    • Integrated vibration sensor for motion detection and alerts

    • Reserved GPIO interfaces for relay control and external sensors

    • SMS parameter configuration and query support for easy setup
